I have looked at a lot of ‘web design’ degrees and have found them all to be lacking in basic theory. They seem to lean towards technical wizardry, but away from the fundamental core of design theory.
whatever program you find, make sure that it has an excellent overall design department and requires a lot of theory and the fine arts.
